PAUL the repport and recommendation of the NO — Commissioner of Public Works, in the OFFICE OF THE CITY C premises, that the Saint Paul Junior Chamber of Commerce, or the purpose O CI `RESOLUTION —GEN '1CA_L­ t-QKM ~ PRESENTED BY _ COMMISSIONER ` DATI7 RESOLVED, upon due consideration of the report and recommendation of the Commissioner of Public Works, in the premises, that the Saint Paul Junior Chamber of Commerce, for the purpose of conducting its motor vehicle safety check for the calendar year and the use of a check lanetherefor, hereby is granted the use of the south roadway of Kellogg Boulevard from Wabasha Street to Robert Street, on May 7, 1960; that said permittee shall use and employ said section of public street only for said specified purpose and barricade the same or so much thereof as'shall be necessary for said purpose, under the supervision and subject to the direction and control of said Commissioner; and that, as a condition precedent to any such use of any part of said section of public street, said,permittee shall procure and furnish, at said permittee's own separate cost and expense, casualty insurance coverage indemnifying the City of Saint Paul, its officers, agents, servants, and employees against all liability on account of injury to persons or property occasioned by any such use of said section of public street or any portion of the same by said permittee or any third party acting under the latter's direction or by the latter's authority, such casualty insurance coverage to be in the following amounts: on account of bodily injury $100,000 for each person and $300,000 for each accident; for property damage $10,000 for each accident and $25,000 in the aggregate on account of_ injuries. except._by__aut-omobile, -- and: - $10,0 -Q0. on account-of each accident caused by automobile, and furnish policies of insurance evidencing such coverage issued by an insurance company licensed and authorized to do business in the City of Saint Paul. RESOLVED FURTHER, that said permittee shall be obligated to fully indemnify said City, its officers, agents, servants and employees against all liability resultant from injury to person or property occasioned by any such use of any part of said section of public street.
