RESOLVED, That the proper city officers be authorized to
issue a warrant in favor of Mr. Frederick E. Peterka, 1469 Marion St.,
St. Paul 17, Minnesota, in the sum of $49.00 as a refund on Golf Playing
Permit No. 3165, said Frederick E. Peterka having received a back
injury and being unable to make use of said permit. The Cities Service
Oil Co. is transferring him to another area and he will not be in the
Twin Cities. Refund to be charged to Refectory Fund 1022.
