CITY OF ST. PAUL
Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses
for
grading and surfacing With bituminous material the North last -and -West alley from
English St. to the North- and -South alley, and the North -and -South alley from the,
North East- and -West alley to the South Eastland -West alley, and the South East -
and -West alley from the North -and -South alley to Point Douglas Road - -all in
Block 2, Point Douglas Addition;
also constructing a sewer in the South East- and -West alley from the North- and -South
alley to English St. in said Block 2, Point Douglas Addition
under Preliminary Order 182495 , approved April 252 1957
Intermediary Order 183051 ,approved May 28, 1957
Final Order 1834+6 , approved June 25, 1957
The assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 23rd
day of MarchS 1960 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
