to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of
the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also
known as 329 Fuller Avenue and 331 Filler Avenue, and wreck
and remove the single family one and one -half story frame
dwelling on the reaf of said lot 9, which dwelling is designated
as 329 Fuller Avenue, and the two -story frame dwelling on said
Lot 9, designated as 331 Fuller Avenue, and to do-any and all
things therein necessary for the protection of life, limb
and adjoining property.

The City Council requested that you prepare a resolution (No. 3)
authorizing and directing the Co>lanissioner of Parks, Recreation
and Public Buildings to enter upon the premises and wreck and
remove the single - family one and one -half story frame dwelling
at the rear of 329 Fuller Ave. and the two -story frame dwelling
at 331 Fuller Ave., as more fully set out in the attached letter
of the City Architect.

This resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the
single family one and one -half story frame dwelling on the
rear of Lot 9, Block 5, Elfelt, Bernheimer & Arnold's Addi-
tion, also described as 329 Fuller Avenue; and the two story
frame dwelling on Lot 9, Block 5, Elfelt, Bernheimer & ArnolOs
Addition, also described as 331 Fuller Avenue.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation proceedings and the buildings have not been
removed. Please proceed with the condemnation action, which
will authorize the Commissioner of Parks And Recreation And
Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and remove
the buildings thereon, and to do any and all things therein
necessary for the protection of life, limb, and adjoining prop-
erty.
