therefor and hereby awards contract for Soil and Rock Borings for the Riverview
Outfall Sewer to E. J.ILONGYEAR COMPANY in accordance with City plans and
specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #7920 of said

E. J. Longyear Company for the contract price of, $3913..75 (unit ,prices bid to

be used for additions to or deductions from the work).;,plus $313.00 - Engineering
and $78.00 Inspection by City Forces, such bid being the lowest and said
E.-J. Longyear Company being a reasonable andreli.able bidder and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract
therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said
