i WEiEREAS, High Point Development Crroup, 2100 Ford Pkwy, Suite 201, St. Paul, MN 55116, is the
2 developer, and Derek Tannahill is the owner, of the property known as Como Cottages, located at the
3 current address of 1407 Virginia Street, west of Vuginia Street and north of Cottage Avenue, and
4
5 WIIEREAS, the property is being developed with 10 Town home style condominiuxns with attached
6 gazages, and
WFIEREAS, the developer is constructing a private street as shown on "Attachment A" to provide access
to the condominiums,

11 WF�REAS, the developer desires the new street within this development be named Conservatory Place
12 and to have the new condominiums addressed off this street; now, therefore
13
14 BE IT RESOLVED, that the private street as shown on "Attachment A" shall hereafter be known and
15 designated as Conservatory Place; and
16
17 BE IT FURTAER RESOLVED, that the Department of Public Works shall issue addresses on the
18 buildings using Conservatory Place as the designated street name; and
19
20 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the developer and/or its successors in interest shall construct and
21 maintain the proposed private street, at their own expense, and continue to maintain in a clear and
22 unobstructed manner to provide access for all vehicular traffic, including emergency services vehicles; and
23
24 BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that the developer and/or its successars in interest shall construct and
25 maintain at their own expense the necessary signing of the private street, to be Imown as Conservatory
26 Place, to the satisfaction of the Depariment of Public Works.
