RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the recommendation of the
Contract Committee and rejects the one bid received for the construction of
a sewer in Alley in Block 7 Butterfield Syndicate Addition No. 2 for the
reason that this bid was nearly 50% above the Engineerts Estimate.
