and necessity of the repair, replacement, remodeling, or wreck-
ing and removal of the one and one -half story frame duplex
dwelling on Lot 20, Block 11, Blocks 7, 89 99 10, 119 129 139
14 and 15, Lewis 2d Addition to St. Paul, Minnesota, according
to the plat thereof recorded in the office of the Register of
Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also described as No. 920
Marion Street, 'because said structure is reported to be `dangerous
and unsafe to life, limb and adjoining property.

Dear Council Members:
An inspection has been made of the duplex dwelling at 920
Marion Street on property described as Lot 20, Block 11,
Blocks 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15, Lewis 2d Addi-
tion to St. Paul, Minnesota.
It is ascertained that this is a one and one half story
frame duplex dwelling, 42 by 24. The building is open, bad-
ly damaged by vandals, foundation failing, timbers rotting,
out of plumb, and dangerous to life, limb, and adjoining
property. It should be wrecked and removed.
The last known record owner is Mary E. Love, 920 Marion
Street, St. Paul 3, Minnesota. Danger Cards have been post-
ed.
Kindly initiate a hearing date as outlined in Section 1.07
-2 of the St. Paul Legislative Code which covers condemna-
tion proceedings.
