Council City of St. Paul Dear Council Members: An inspection has been made of the duplex dwelling at 920 Marion Street on property described as Lot 20, Block 11, Blocks 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15, Lewis 2d Addi- tion to St. Paul, Minnesota. It is ascertained that this is a one and one half story frame duplex dwelling, 42 by 24. The building is open, bad- ly damaged by vandals, foundation failing, timbers rotting, out of plumb, and dangerous to life, limb, and adjoining property. It should be wrecked and removed. The last known record owner is Mary E. Love, 920 Marion Street, St. Paul 3, Minnesota. Danger Cards have been post- ed.
