COU CIL RES UTION— GENERAL FORM Re of ed ThaVfor the City Primary Election, March 8 1960; the City Gen- eral Election, April 26,1960; the County PRESENTED BY and State Primary Election, Sept. 13, COMMISSIONER Z DATE Resolved, That for the City Primary Election, March 81 1960; the City General Election,•April 269 1960; the County and State Primary Election, Sept. 13, 1960; and the County and State General Election, Nov. 8, 1960, to be held in the City of St.Paul, Minnesota, said elections shall be held in the 162 Election Precincts of the 12 Wards of said City at the places named in the "List of Polling Places" on file in the office of the City Clerk and Commissioner of Registration, and be it Further Resolved, That at the following places the election shall be held at the places designated outside their precinct boundaries in accordance with Chapter 203 of the Election Laws of the State of Minnesota: Ward 1, Pree. 10 - Now Harrison School Ward ?, Prec. 13 - Central High School Ward 8, Prec. 8 - St.Aggnes School Ward 11,Prec.'_19 - Macalester Gymnasium Ward 12,Prec, 12— Maternity of Mary School and be it Further Resolved, That the City Clerk is hereby authorized, empowered and directed to equip the said polling places and for such purpose the City Clerk is hereby.a"u'thorized to engage the necessary labor and skill and purchase the necessary tools and material, the cost and expense of the same to be paid,out of 31D9 Election Expense Account of the General Fund; and be it Further Resolved, That the City Clerk be and he hereby is authorized and directed to purchase and provide the necessary supplies required for the said elections, the cost thereof to be paid out of 31D, Election Expense Account of the General Fund, and be it Further Resolved, That the'-persons named on the list on file in the - "Certification of Election Judges "'binder -in the office of the City Clerk are hereby appointed Judges.of Election-in said precincts in compliance with Chapter 203 of the Election-Laws of the State of Minnesota, sad be it COUNCILMEN Yeas Nays DeCourey Holland Mortinson Peterson Rosen Winkel Mr. President, Dillon 5M 7 -59 8 Al, In Favor Against Adopted by the Council`" 19 Approved 19 Mayor ORIGINAL TO CITY CLERK CITY OF ST.
