WHEREAS: Dick J. Fingerholz dba Radio Cab has made Application F -5456 for license to
operate one (1) automobile as a taxicab upon the streets of the City of Saint
Paul, described as follows:

Missouri, Policy A 590440 and
Continental Casualty Co., Chicago,
Illinois, Policy RDK 9990515, both
expiring 12:01 A.M. ST 8 -29 -60
WHEREAS: Said applicant has filed a copy of the insurance policies with the City of Saint
Paul and said policies have been approved as to form and execution by the
Corporation Counsel, therefore, be it -
RESOLVED: That license to operate said automobile as a taxicab upon the streets of the
City of Saint Paul be and the same is hereby granted to Dick J. Fingerholz
