Presented by
1 VJHEREAS, Comcast and the City of Saint Paul wish to enter into a sponsorship agreement
2 whereby Comcast will financially support a Parks & Recreation Movies in the Park prob am; and

4 WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul has previously authorized the Division of Parks
5 and Recreation to enter into such sponsorships; and
7 WHEREAS, the City believes that the Movies in the Park program is a benefit to the citizens of
8 Saint Paul and is consistent with the Division's mission to provide a wide variety of recreational
9 opporiunities aaross the city.

11 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts $10,000.00
12 from Comcast for the sponsorship of Movies in the Park.
