WHEREAS, Our lady of Guadalupe Parish is constructing a new
church building on property south and west of Robie Street and Andrew
Street, and
WHEREAS, The continued discharge of storm water from public
sewers onto church property would be a detriment to this property,
therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the ROBIE and
ANDREW STORM SEWER, as submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works, be
and the same are hereby approved and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby directed
to advertise for bids on this improvement.
