Re: State Project 6201 -13 (T.H. 111 =5) (Fort Snelling Bridge and
W. Seventh Street Approach).
WHEREAS, the Commissioner'of Highways has prepared preliminary plans
for the improvement of apart of Trunk Highway Number 111 renumbered as
Trunk Highway Number 5 within the corporate limits of the City of St. Paul
from the Hennepin - Ramsey County line (Mis; ssippi River) to Wheeler &tr_eat,
and W. 7th Street (Fort Snelling to viciity of W. 7th Street); and
WHEREAS, said preliminary plans'are on file in the office of the
Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and
identified as Layout 17, .S.P. 6201 -13 (T.H. 5); and
WHEREAS, copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled and
identified are also oin file in the office of the Department of Public Works;
and
WHEREAS, the term "said preliminary plans" as hereinafter used in the
body of this resolution.shaLl be deemed and intended to mean, refer to,
and incorporate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals particularly
identified and described.
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED, that said preliminary plans for the
improvement of Trunk.Highway Number 111 renumbered Trunk Highway Number 5
within the limits of the City of St. Paul be end hereby are approved.
