COUNCIL. RESO -LUTIOM — GENERAL FORM
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul,
that it is hereby found and declared by said Council that it is
impractical to rotate the names of candidates on absentee
ballots because of the sma11 number of such absentee ballots
and because the cost of rotation of names on such ballots is
out of proportion to any benefits that might be derived
therefrom, and in consequence thereof the Council, pursuant
to M. S..g. 205.17, hereby directs the proper City officers
to dispense with rotation of names on the absentee ballots

for.the forthcoming City primary election to be held
March S, 1960, and all subsequent City elections. s
