the Northwestern Bell Telephone Company to make necessary
excavation for and maintain underground cable plant with
associated laterals to intersecting streets and alleys.
In Buffalo Street from Acker Street to Cayuga Street.
On west side approximately 12 feet from property line.
Work to be done under direction of the Commissioner
of Public Works. The telephone company to pay for the
cost of publication incident hereto.
