1 WHEREAS, on Mazch 19, 2008, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council Fi1e #08-305,
2 said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for gazbage hauling services from January 1 to
3 January 15, 2008. (File No. J0801G, Assessment No. 8443); and

5 WHEREAS, the property at 445 Arlington Avenue East, being described as:
6
MORTON'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF ST. PAUL E ll2 OF 19 AND ALL OF LOT 18 BLK 7;
9 with the property identification number 20�29-22-23-0175 was assessed an amount of $470.00 for gazbage
10 hauling services; and
11
12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the assessment was
13 made in enor.

15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
16 any accrued interest; and
17
18 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $470.00, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the
19 Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #08-305 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
