In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for
constructing a sewer from the existing sewer in Nebraska Ave. (vacated) to Montana Ave.
in a 20 ft. wide easement, the center line of said easement being the center line of
Park St. (vacated); in Park St. from Montana Ave. to 166 ft. north of Iowa Ave.; in
Montana Ave. from Park St. to Sylvan St.; in Hoyt Ave. from 335 ft. west of Park St.
to 455 ft. east of Park St.; and in Iowa Ave. from 335 ft. west of Park St. to 415 ft.
east of Park St. - -all of which is to be known as the PARK -IOWA SEWER SYSTEM
under Preliminary Order

The assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 28th
day of December, 1960 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
