Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses
for
constructing a sewer in the north side of Wheelock Parkway from 335 feet west of
Park Street to 135 feet east of Park Street; and in Park Street from the north side
of Wheelock Parkway to 166 feet north of Iowa Avenue; all of which is to be known as
the WHEELOCK -PARK SEWER. SYSTEM!
under Preliminary Order 191572 —,approved March 31, 1959 ,
Intermediary Order 192158 , approved mn 5, 1959 ,
Final Order 192539 , approved June 20 1959
The assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 28th
day of December, 1960 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
