F. 196702, approved April 13, 1960, and Final Order C. F. 199401, approved October 25, 1960. Also in the matter of improving OTTO AVENUE from West Seventh Street to Shepard Road by regrading, curbing and paving with 8 inch one course concrete pavement; by grading and paving street, alley and driveway returns; by reconstructing sidewalks, curbs and paving on the intersecting streets where not in conformity with said improvement and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement, under Preliminary Order C. F. 196703, approved April 13, 1960, and Final Order C. F. 199400, approved October 25, 1960. RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the above named improvement, as submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works, be and the same are hereby approved and be it further RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby directed to advertise for bids on•this improvement.
