In the matter of improving CEDAR STREET from Kellogg Boulevard
to Fourth Street by constructing new paving, curbing and sidewalk on
the widened southwesterly part of said street; by surfacing the exist-
ing pavement with asphaltic concrete; by reconstructing the paving,
curbing and sidewalks on the intersecting streets where not in con-
formity with said improvement and by doing all other work necessary
and incidental to complete said improvement, under Preliminary Order
C. F. 198146, approved July 21, 1960.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications, as submitted
by the Commissioner of Public Works, be and the same are hereby
approved and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby
directed to advertise for bids on this improvement.
