WHEREAS, by authorization of the Laws of Minnesota,
for the year 1959, more particularly, Chapter 330,
H. F. No. 217, and ratified by C. F. 192216, ap-
proved May 7, 19591 the City of St. Paul may pay
a portion of the cost of Sidewalk Construction and
Street Grading, when such costs exceed the benefits
to the property owner, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Public Works be
and he is hereby authorized and diaected to pay from
the Permanan.t Improvement Revolving Fund, Code 3001,
a portion of the cost of constructing sidewalks under
the 1958 Sidewalk Contract, L -5999 District No, 2,
Levy No. 12, in the amount of 0 1, A58.A_, said Per-
manent Improvement Revolving Fund to be reimbursed
from the Cityl s Share of Local Improvement Fund, Code
(196o). -
