This land has just recently been con- demned and cleared for use in constructing the freeway, and this is an interim agreement until freeway construction starts. At the suggestion of Mr. Al Schroeder, because of the very temporary useage of this property, we are requesting the Council's approval for a parking lot permit for Miller Hospital with a minimum number of improvements to this area so that we may begin using it for parking as soon after December 1, 1960, as possible. A drawing, prepared by Ellerbe and Company, indicating the proposed work and the number of cars to be parked is enclosed. We respectfully request your earliest consideration of this matter.
