COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM

RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
having considered the Development Program submitted by
Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul,
Minnesota, therefor and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises hereby approves the provision of that certain low -
rent housing project of said Authority, in said City, designated
"Project No. Minn. 1 -5 for•35 Dwelling Units Project Reservation
No. Minn. 1 -A, RONDO FREEWAY SITES 8, 11, 12, 13, Saint Paul,
Minnesota ", by Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City
of Saint Paul, Minnesota; .
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the City Clerk prepare and deliver
to said Authority two certified copies of this Resolution im-
mediately after the official publication of the same.

"Rondo Freeway Sites ".
Delivered to you herewith for filing with the City of Saint Paul and
Council action thereon please find copy of the Authority "s Development Program,
Loin Rent Housing Project Minn. 1 -59 "Rondo Freeway Sites ". On November 9, 19609,
the Authority adopted its resolution No. 60 =90 approving.said Development Program
providing for the construction of approximately 35 low rent housing units and has
now transmitted said Development Program to the Public Housing Administration for
approval thereof.
The City Council by its resolution No. 199232 adopted October 79 1960,
approved said site for development as a low rent housing project. The said Dev-
elopment Program is submitted for approval thereof by the City Council, being
the form of action taken by the Council as to the Development Program on the
McDonough Homes Addition, Minn. 1 -4, and you will recall the City Council resolu-
tion No. 199367 adopted October 199 1960, whereby the Development Program, Pro-
ject Minn. 1 -4 was approved.
