This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the pub= lic peace, health and safety.. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Section 147.06, Saint Paul Legislative Code, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: LOCATION SIDE OF STREET Ninth St. approx.-60 ft. west of Wabasha St. South Minnesota St. approx. 150 ft. north of Fifth St. West Eagle St, approx. 35 ft. south of Seventh St. West Eagle St. approx. 60 ft. south of Seventh St. West Cartinn i This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage, approval and publication. Section 4. This ordinance is to be in force upon erection of proper signing and traffic control measures.
