8 remit an amount not to �ceed $1,500.00 to Captains Walcher and Manwarning of the Jefferson County Sheriffs
9 Deparhnent. This is to cover the e�cpenses for the consultants airfare, hotel, and meals which were incurred while
10 providing instruction and training for this police department as well as others registered through the Saint Paul
11 Ptofessional Development Institute.

give an eight hour seminar on he events that occurred at Columbine High School. PDI is payin
tk�r travel expenses (airfar',�oltel, and meals) while they are instructing for the one day
seminar.

Department an opportunity to learn how to react if this were to happen in Saint Paul.
