and specifications for Project 2 of Sanitary Sewer Extension, Improve-
ment No. 4 for the Village of Maplewood, Minnesota, authorized by and
subject to the provisions, terms and conditions of the City of Saint
Paul Ordinance No. 11061, C. F. 183690, approved July 26, 1957, as
amended by Ordinance No. 11225', C. F. 186725, approved April 10, 1958,
as amended by Ordinance No. 11530, C. F. 193131, approved August 4,
1959, as amended by Ordinance No. 11744, C. F. 197046, approved
June 3, 1960, and as amended by Ordinance No. 11746, C. F. 197048,
approved June 3, 1960, for the connection of the public sewer system
of the Village of Maplewood with that of the City of Saint Paul, pre-
pared by the consulting engineers of said Village and approved by
the Village Council of the Village of Maplewood on October 20, 1960,
and heretofore submitted to and approved by the Commissioner of Public
Works and the Chief Engineer are in all things approved.
