The court appointed an administrator who perfotmed the necessary repairs on the property. The administrator then invoiced the City for the cost. AdvanWges If Approved: The City wi$ be able to iecover the cost of repairing this condemned property and maldng it safe and Labitable. The City also can replenish its funds for future rehabilitation work through the Tenants Remedy Action Progr2m.
