and every lot, part or parcel of land deemed benefitted by the said improvement, and
in the case of each lot, part or parcel of land in accordance with the benefits
conferred thereon; that the said assessment has been completed, and that hereto
attached, identified by the signature of the said Valuation and Assessment Engineer,
and made a part hereof, is the said assessment as completed by him, and which is
herewith submitted to the Council for such action thereon as may be considered
proper.

A new state law entitled Tenant Remedies Aclion, provided authority for individuals and organizarions to seek court assistance in
facilitating the repair of pmperties with uumerous code violations. The court appointed an administrator who perfotmed the necessary
repairs on the property. The administrator then invoiced the City for the cost.

The City wi$ be able to iecover the cost of repairing this condemned property and maldng it safe and Labitable. The City also can
replenish its funds for future rehabilitation work through the Tenants Remedy Action Progr2m.
