whereby the allocation of Rinds for the financing
of the Contract for the Grading of CLEAR AVENUE
from Arcade Street to Walsh Avenue; WALSH AVENUE
from Clear Avenue to Cottage Avenue; also for con-
structing the CLEAR- IVALSH SEWER SYSTEM, Comptrollerts
Contract L- 5975-A was provided, be amended to include
an additional amount of $ 9050.54 to be financed
from the 1960 31E -1 Funds, since a portion of the
properties benefited by this Improvement cannot be
assessed because the Semr System will serve the future
Johnson High School Site.
