COMMISSIONS DATE
In the MATTER of constructing an 18 inch sanitary
Sewer and a 60 inch Storm Sewer on the Right -of -Way of
Trunk Highways 12 and 094 from Van Dyke (extended) to
Hazel Avenue, being a part of the White Bear -Old Hudson
Road Sewer System, it is necessary to obtain a Public
Utility Permit from the Department of Highways of the
State of Minnesota, the Special Provisions of said Permit
requiring a check in the amount of $ 10,000.00, payable
to the Commissioner of Highways for any expense incurred
in repairing damages to any portion of the Trunk Highway
Right -of -Way caused by work performed under this Permit,
and any portion remaining over and above such expense, or
liquidated damages., shall be returned to Applicant, and
said amount of 4 10,000.00 is to be paid from the Permanent
Improvement Revolving Fund, Code 3001, L -6283, any portion
remaining to be credited to the above mentioned fund.
