which might prove to be necessary

Company, contractor, have been pro-
vided for in the Specifications, and
Whereas, It has beery found necessary
to make the following Additions and
Deduction:

WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following

DEDUCTION

WHEREAS, the total Deduction is $ 540.00, now ther of ore , be it

RESOLVED, that the City of St. Paul_tY ough its City Council ' "
approves the foregoing Deduction made in accordance with the
Specifications in the sum of $ 540-00, said amount to be de-
ducted from the lump sum consideration named in the contract,
known as Comptroller's Contract L -6270, for the making of the
above Improvement -
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the
above named Contractor that the sum of, $ 540.00 is the correct
amount to be deducted from the above contract.
