Whereas, Additions and Deductions which might prove to be
necessary in the improvement described as the Reconstruction of
the 1100 Truss Span of the Navy Island Bridge, Kraus - Anderson
Contractor, have been provided for in the specifications and,
Whereas, it has been found necessary to make the following
additions and deductions:

a. Lost effort and delay for picking up city
material which turned out to be no good.
Truck crane and crew time, 4 hours
b. Attempt was made to drive one city -
furnished pile but it shattered during
placement and turned out to be of no use.
Driving and removal of shattered pile

c. Furnish extra piling lieu of city -
furnished piling - , at 55t and i0-at
50t, a total of 610 lineal feet
d. Driving extra length of piling -
150 lineal feet

ORDINANCE NO. 125
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND ACCEPTING ALLTHE TERMS, PROVISIONS
AND CONDITIONS OF ST. PAUL CITY ORDINANCE NO. 11061 AS AMENDED
BY ORDINANCE NO. 11864.
THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAPLEWOOD DOES ORDAIN:

Section 1. That the language, terms and provisions of Ordinance No.
11864 of the City of St. Paul, which is an ordinance amending St. Paul Ordinance
No. 11061, is hereby fully approved and accepted and the said Village of Maplewood
does hereby agree that its authority to construct sanitary sewer connection for
the service of Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company is authorized by said
Ordinance No. 11864, will be executed in accordance with the terms thereof and,
further, that the sewer service charges and annual charges for said service to
Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company will be handled on the basis of said
Company's prior agreement with the City of St. Paul as provided by St. Paul City
Ordinance.
Sec. 2, This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its publication.

Village of Maplewood this 1st day of
December, 1960.
