The legal description of the land is as follows: All of Lot 1 and those portions of Lots 2 and 3. THOMPSON E7CECUTIvE DIRECTOR HAROLD L- RUTCHICK GENERAL COUNSEL The Authority has now received determination from the Department of Highways, State of Minnesota, of the right -of -way line to the property being taken for highway purposes in the Eastern Redevelopment Area. - "Prior to receipt of such determination, the Authority and the Highway Department had determined to leave Parcel E -311 which is owned by the City of Saint Paul for acquisition by the Department of Highways under the assumption that said parcel was included in the area to be taken by that Department. With the right -of -way line being fixed, it has now been determined that a portion of said Parcel E -311 will become a part of disposition Parcel 1 under Contract for Sale by the Authority to the Hospital Facility Building Commission with the remainder of the parcel to be acquired by the Department of Highways directly. The Department of Highways, State of Minnesota, is to acquire that portion of said Parcel E -311 lying Southerly of the above described line. .The Authority is presently working on completion of re -plat of the Eastern Redevelopment Area and will require the acquisition of said portion of Parcel E -311 in connection with such re- platting and the sale of disposition Parcel No. 1 of said project area to the Hospital Facility Building Commission of the City of Saint Paul, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota. We have been in contact with Mr. Eltor 06 Dehn respecting the acqui- sition by the Authority of -a portion of said Parcel E -311 and will appreciate your processing this matter and taking the steps necessary to accomplish the conveyance of said property to the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
