RESOLVED, that the Warranty Deed by Marjorie M. Farvour
and Henry E. Farvour, her husband, as Grantors, to and in favor
of City of Saint Paul, as Grantee, conveying the following described
perpetual easement unto said Grantee, to -wit:
A perpetual public easement twenty (20) feet in
width from Idaho Avenue to 272 .fee north'of
Idaho Avenue, the center line of s'id easement
being the center line of Etna Stre :t as platted
south of Idaho Avenue produced to a point 272 feet
north of the north line of Idaho Avenue, according
to the plat thereof on file and of record in the
office of the Register of Deeds, Ramsey County,
Minnesota,
under
and pursuant to all the terms and conditions of Council File 196736,
being Ordinance No. 11728, adopted -by the City Council as amended
by Council File 197232, being Ordinance No. 11749, adopted by the
City Council on June 8, 1960, and by Council File 199242, adopted
by the City Council on November 1, 1960, hereby is accepted in behalf
of said Grantee, and the City Clerk hereby is authorized and directed
to cause said Warranty Deed -to be recorded in the office of the
Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota, said Warranty
Deed having been approved as to form by the Corporation Counsel
and it having been made to-appear that the mortgage therein men-
tioned has been satisfied and released;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that
