With reference to the referral of the matter of the acqui-
sition of the tax forfeited lands described as:
Lots 1 through 8 and 10 through 16, Block 15,
G. V. Bacon's Addition; Lots 1 through 10,
Block 3, Heinemann, McConville and Stierles,
Subdivision -of Lots 2, 12, 13 of L.eets Subur-
ban Homes,
for use in connection with the construction of the East Side
Senior High School, I am attaching a resolution authorizing
application for a conveyance.
These tax - forfeited lots are unimproved and are zoned for
"A" residential purposes. The areas to the north and west
of the tax - forfeited lands will be developed as a school
site, and the surrounding area is used for residential pur-
poses.
'This information is transmitted to assist the Corporation
Counsel in assembling information for the application.
