Yes No Exptain all yes answers on sepasate sheet and attach to green sheet Initiating Problem, Issues, Opportunity (Who, What, When, Where, Why): The Payroll Clerks jointly requested a sNdy of their positions to determine appropriate classification and compensation. Following a re-study of additional documentation submitted by the Payroll Clerks, the Office of Human Resources (HR) determined that the incumbents are performing at a higher-tevel classificarion and, therefore, should be compensated at a higher grade. The Payroll Clerks appealed the determinarion to the Civil Service Commission and HR's Grade 030 determination was upheld. Retroactive pay will be granted effective August 18, 2407, to be consistent with the Payioll System Coordinatos's upgrade implemenkation dake.
