WHEREAS, by authorization of the Laws of Minnesota,
in and for the year 1959, moreparticularly, Chapter
330, H. F. No. 217, and ratified by C. F. 1922164
approved May 7, 1959, the City of St. Paul may pay
a portion of the cost of Sidewalk Congtruction and
Street Grading, when such costs exceed the benefits
to the property owner, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Public Works be and
he is hereby authorized and directed to pay from the
Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund, Code 3001, a
portion of the cost of constructing sidewalks under
the 1958r,Sidewalk Contract, L -59982 District No. 3,
Levy No. 4, in the amount of $ 160.16, said Permanent
Improvement Revolving Fund to be reimbursed from the
City's Share of Local Improvement Fund, Code, 31E -1.
