redwood louvre having been constructed on the premises at 1721
East Clear Avenue, to the satisfaction of the Commissioner of
Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings, permission is hereby
given to the owner of said property, George Vojcik, for the
continued maintenance of said fence thereon, subject to compliance
with applicable provisions of the Building Code pertaining to
structural requirements, Building Permit and fee payment.for such
permit, issuance whereof -is hereby authorized.
