RESOLVED, That upon consideration of the request
therefor by Cushing and Driscoll, Inc., Manager of Midwyay
Shopping Center at the intersection of Snelling and University
Avenues in the City of Saint Paul,.made in behalf of Midway
Center, Inc., owner of said Midway Shopping Center, the
temporary air supported structure with dimensions -of 60 feet by
120 feet, proposed to be temporarily located and exhibited to
the general public on the premises of said Midway Shopping
Center for a period of five consecutive days commencing
October 18, 1960, may be located and exhibited to the general
public thereon during said period of five consecutive days,
such being hereby approved and authorized, said owner of said
Midway Shopping Center being obligated to fully indemnify and
save harmless the City of Saint Paul from all liability on
account of any and all claims for damages for injury to person
or property resultant from such permitted use of said premises.

Dear Council Members:
You referred to this office a request of Cushing and
Driscoll, Inc. for permission to erect a temporary air
supported structure 60' x 120' to be used as a display
at the Midway Shopping Center from October 18 to October
22nd.
This is similar to one for which permission was granted
earlier this year and this office recommends that this
permission be granted again for this similar purpose.
