WHEREAS, the City of St. Paul has accrued preliminary
Engineering Costs f cr the relocation of the City'l s
Utility Facilities located on the St. Anthony Freeway
between Farrington Street and Aldine Street, now there-
fore., be it
RESOLVED, that the Preliminary Engineering Costs in an
estimated amount of $ 3, 500.00 be charged to the Per-
manent Improvement Revolving Fund, Code 3001, and this
same fund to be reimbursed from the Minnesota Highway
Department under their Agreement Number C -2519, and
be it

FURTHER RESOLVED, that /the City's,
to be paid under said Agreement,
reimbursed from the Cityls Share
Fund, Code 31E -1.
