In the matter of constructing a storm sewer in'Prior Avenue
from Field to a point 236 feet North, which project is hereby deemed
necessary to correct improper drainage conditions in the vicinity
of Prior Avenue and Return Court, said project to be financed from
City's Share of Local Improvement Fund, Code 31 -E1.
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the above
named improvement, as submitted by the.Commissioner of Public Works,
be and the same are hereby approved and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby
directed to advertise for bids on this improvement.
