WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul has entered into an agreement
with the State of Minnesota Department of Highways to relocate a
12 inch sanitary sewer and a 36 inch storm sewer in the vicinity of
the Sixth Street Bridge and the Phalen Creek Sewer, said agreement
being designated Agreement No. C -2671 and
WHEREAS, Said agreement specifies that said sewer relocations
will be performed by the City under contract and
WHEREAS, Said agreement specifies that the State shall reim-
burse the City for all costs'incurred by the City in connection
with said sewer relocations, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications for the Sewer
Revision Vicinity Sixth Street Bridge and Phalen Creek Sewer, as
submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works, be and the same are
hereby approved, and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby
directed to advertise for bids.
