Swords Corporation Counsel Building Dear Sir: August 18, 1960 Attention: Mr. John McNeil MRS. AGNES H. O'CONNELL Ci +y Clerk HAROLD J. RIORDAN Council Recorder Clayton Rein wants a deed from the city, presumably to Phalen Center Co., covering that portion of Birmingham St. vacated by the Council on June 1, 1960, by C.F. 197382, copy of which is attached. I believe his point is that that portion of Birmingham was deeded to the city, perhaps pursuant to C.F. 190985 adopted Feb. 11, 1959• We suggest that you discuss this matter with Eltor Dehn if you wish and prepare a resolution and deed if in order. The conditions of the resolution have been complied with. Very truly yo /urs, CryClerk f MINNESOTA 8 <- - 20 "uit Claim Deed. Corporation to Individual.
