COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM
PRESENTED BY
COMMISSION
RESOLVED, that the use of the Arena section of the Saint Paul
Municipal Auditorium be given the Women's Institute of Saint Paul
on the following dates: October 12, November 9, November 29, 1960,
January 11, April 12 and May 16, 1961, upon payment of the cost
of opening and operating on said dates, not to exceed $4,200, and
any.costs in excess of said sum shall be set up in Auditorium
Fund 1021.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that in the event of the Women's Institute
furnishing the ushers for said programs, said Institute shall
receive a credit of $150 per day and shall pay only for ushers
actually used.
