COUNCIL RESOLUTION- GENERAL FORM
RESOLVED, that Ordinance No. 321 of the Village of North
Saint Paul, passed.by the Council of said Village August 15,
1960, as certified by the Clerk of said Village, accepting the
provisions, terms, and conditions of Ordinance No. 11779 of the
City of Saint Paul, approved July 6, 1960, amending Ordinance
No. 10080 of said City,as presented in two counterparts for
filing with the City Clerk and the City Comptroller,be accepted
and filed as sufficient compliance with all requirements therefor
set forth in said Ordinance No. 11779, all with the same intent,
purpose and effect as if said counterparts of said North Saint Paul
Ordinance had been filed within the period of sixty days next after
the effective date of said Ordinance No. 11779, July 9, 1960.
