COUNCIL RESOLUTION - GENERAL FORM
PRESENTED BY

RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby concurs in the action heretofore taken by the Hospital
Facility Building Commission of the City of Saint Paul and the
County of Ramsey and the County Board of Ramsey County, wherein
said bodies authorized reimbursement to Francis M. Tompkins,
Executive Secretary of said Hospital Facility Building Commission,
for expenses incurred by him while attending the American Hospital
Association Convention at San Francisco, August 28 through
September 1, 1960, in the amount of $239.60 for round trip air
transportation,and in the additional sum of $33.47 for other
expenses.

The Hospital Facility Building Commission at its business, -'
meeting held on August 23, 1960, authorized any member of the Can -
mission, the legislative advisors, and its Executive Secretary to
attend the_gonvention of the American Hospital Association which
will be held. in San Francisco, California, August 29 through Sep-
tember 1, 1960.
The Commission respectfully requests that the City Council
of the City of Saint Paul, under the provisions of Laws 1957, Chap-
ter 938, approve the above action of the Commission.
