WHEREAS: Applebaumts Food Markets, Inc. made Applications F-8151 and F -8154 for a
Florist- Nursery License for one year at 1550 White Bear Avenue and at 1204
University Avenue, and
WHEREAS: App]-ebaum's Food Markets, Inc. glade Application F -8152 for a Florist- Nursery
License for a pro -rated period at 2147 Ford Parkway, and
WHEREAS: Each of these applications were made in error as each location is properly
licensed with a Florist- Nursery License, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the proper city officers be and they are hereby authorized to refund to
Applebaum's Food Markets, Inc. the fee of $30.00 for Application F -8151,
$30.00 for Application F -8154, and $10.00 for Application F -8152 and to
cancel the three applications made for licenses.
