FILE RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that Paragraphs 1, 29 3 and 4 of Section 2 of Ordinance No. 11644, approved December 23, 1959, as amended, hereby are incorporated herein, by reference, and made part and parcel hereof, with the same intent, purpose and effect as if said Paragraphs and each of the same were set forth herein verbatim; that in each instance whereunder provisions are contained for the performance of specified acts by Ralph Traficante, or his successor or successors in interest, in respect of the subject real estate, within 120 days next after the enactment of said Ordinance No. 11644, the time for the performance by said Ralph Traficante or his successor or successors in interest, in respect of the subject real estate, shall be extended until 210 days next after the enactment of said Ordinance No. 11644; and that each such extension shall be dependent for operative effect upon the filing with the City Clerk within ten days next after the date of this resolution, of the written consent to the same'-.by the surety on the suret'yybond required by said Ordinance, as amended, to be furnished by said Ralph Traficante, or his successor or successors in interest, under said Ordinance, as amended, in favor of said City of Saint Paul, as obligee.
