Sit• b CONDEMNATION AND AWARDS OF DA?JjkG �,ttANDEp ASSESSMENT THEREFOR ` ;P J-96865 In the matter of opening, widening and extending Lafayette Road fr(id — the Northern Pacific Railway Company's right -of -way to Collins Street by con- demning and taking the following described lots and parcels of land: Those parts of Lots 4 and 5. Block 13, also Lots 2, 3, 4, and 5, Block 12, and also Lots 2, 3, and 5, Block 112 Warren and Winslow's Addition, lying within the strips of land between the present southeasterly lines of Lafayette Road and lines parallel to and fourteen (14) feet distant south- easterly from the -said southeasterly lines of Lafayette Road. Also condemning and taking those parts of Lots 5, 6 and 8. Block 7, Warren and Winslow's Addition bounded by the following described lines: Com- mencing at the intersection of the present northwesterly line of Lafayette Road and the northeasterly right -of -way line of the Northern Pacific Railway Company; thence in a northwesterly direction along the said northeasterly right -of -way line, a distance of fourteen (14) feet; thence in a northeasterly direction on a straight line to the point of intersection of the easterly line of Arkwright Street and the northwesterly line of Lafayette Road, which point is the most southerly corner of that part of Lot 4,'Block 7, Warren and Winslow's Addition remaining after previous street openings; thence in a southwesterly direction along the existing northwesterly line of Lafayette Road to the point of beginning.
