Statutes 1941, and upon delivery to the Corporation Counsel of a
release approved by him, Frances Schlede, a minor and driver of
the car, and her parents, George Schlede and Marguerite Schlede,
owners of the car =involved in the accident, be paid 183.65
out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund in full payment of damages
sustainedin an accident on April 11, 1960, with Earl Eugene Naylor,
fireman, while in the -performance of his official duties.
