WHEREAS, the Committee on Lands
of the City of Saint Paul has recom-
mended the sale of property belonging
to the City of Saint Paul, commonly
referred to as the Old Workhouse Farm
Property, which property was hereto-
fore advertised for sale by the City of
Saint Paul unde ;,�pr. ", �1' "£'
WHEREAS, the Committee on Lands of the City of Saint Paul
has recommended the sale of property belonging to the City of
Saint Paul, commonly referred to as the Old Workhouse Farm Property,
which property was heretofore advertised for sale by the City of
Saint Paul under Formal Bid No. 7900, and
WHEREAS, the Committee on Lands, upon bids received pursuant
to said Formal Bid No. 7900, has recommended to this Council that
it award the sale of such property to the successful bidder in each.
